Out of the Ordinary Meat-Free Fare
Multigrain Egg: 1 egg topped with blueberries (and a sprinkle of stevia), black walnuts, a variety of seeds (pumpkin, chia, flax), and a heaping tablespoon of sour cream (other topping options: yogurt or coconut cream).
Coffee: Fresh brewed espresso coffee, 2 squares of 95% organic chocolate at bottom of mug, almond milk creamer (unsweetened), sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon.
Egg Salad: 1 boiled egg, sliced Green olives, 1 TBS cream cheese, 1 TBS olive oil mayo, walnuts, mustard, nutritional yeast.
Melted brie cheese with pumpkin seeds and radishes.
A Carb Curbed White Russian
Easy Peasy Cheesy Cauliflower Rice
First: pan fry Trader Joe’s Riced Cauliflower in coconut oil.
Second: spoon in your favorite real cheese spread/dip.
Third: mix well and serve!
